Uniforms
Uniforms are important to some players but some players don't care, this page is for those of you who care.

When selecting a uniform/team name, colors are always an issue that is up for debate.

Colors Baseball equipment is sold in Blue, Red and Black (shoes, catchers gear). In the tournaments/leagues the Apollos play in almost all of the teams are either Red, Navy or Black. So when selecting colors Royal Blue and Gold Yellow provide the perfect combination. The Apollos do not wear grey pants or pin stripes in any of their uniform combinations. It seems like every team these days is wearing pin stripes, very un original unless your team is the Yankees or Cubs. Grey Pants came along heavily in the 1990's and because most opponents wear them, The Apollos exclusively wear white pants.

Modern Baseball Uniforms have really made changes. Almost all teams have eliminated Royal Blue in the past 10 years. The Brewers, Braves, New York Mets, Seattle Mariners, Toronto Blue Jays have all went to a more modern look. Leaving the Cubs, Dodgers, Royals, Rangers, and Expos as the only teams left in the Big Leagues that have Royal Blue.
